ARE THESE PRODUCTS WASHABLE?

Yes, these works are washable (machine or handwash). The wash instructions included on each package.

ARE THE COLORS HAZARDOUS IN ANY WAY TO MY HEALTH?

No. All the colors used are completely non toxic and of the highest quality.

THE PRICES OF 'SIMILAR'PRODUCTS ARE LOWER THAN THOSE OF SARA, WHY?

The products of the competition are indeed similar, but cannot be set side by side in quality with those of SARA abts. A product that is handmade cannot have the same price of a printed one. In order to provide a high quality service we do all our products by hand, we choose only top quality material and top quality fabrics. All that is translated in the price.

CAN I ORDER THE REALIZATION OF A PRODUCT WITH MY OWN PARAMETERS AND IDEAS SINCE I DIDN'T FIND ONE IN THE ONES SHOWN IN THE WEBSITE?

Of course you can. The very personality of the brand SARA can be translated in the will to create exactly what the client desires. If when browsing our site you did not find one that satisfied you completely, you can contact SARA in order to have one done with all the details you desire.

CAN I DO A GIFT?

Yes, you can. If you want to give a gift to someone close to your heart but who is far away, choose the product and we will do a giftbox with a handwritten note with a message of your choosing. We will send everything directly to this special person. Add il personalized gift message during checkout, write on the box: “additional Information – Order Notes”.  This service is free.

Yes. With the tracking number that will be given to you by e-mail following the purchase, you will be able to track down you package anytime.

Please remember that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. They may be affected by factors over which we have no control, including customs delays. SARA cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred due to shipment failure or late postage.
